How does it work?

1. Select the image of your wedding that you would like us to use and upload the image you would like us to customise alongside any notes that would help us create the perfect artwork for you. (ie. background colour...)

2. We will create the portrait based on your notes and uploaded image. On average, it takes us 3-4 hours to draw it with precious little details that makes the difference.

3. We will send it back to you as a proof to review. If you approve it, we will send it as a digital file and if you would like us to amend some details, we will offer you a free round of changes, we will edit the artwork and come back to you with a final proof. Any additional round of changes will be charged £15, so please make sure your comments are as specific as possible. 

Our current turnover is between 5-8 working days to send the first draft and 2-3 working days to process the amends. If you have any questions, email us directly at hello@lauraussie.com.
